Blend spices to make rub. Rub into skin. Then lather on 1/4 cup of Frank's wing sauce, and let marinade for 30 minutes. Bake at 475 for 30-32 minutes. (I used 4 bone-in thighs with skin. I prefer it crispy, hence the high temp.)
I used Pillsbury biscuits... which were a dream dipped in the spicy buffalo sauce drippings!
