What era would you travel back to?

I think I would chose anytime before modern technology and these fast paced times. But first, I would start with America in the 1950's, and then venture further to the court of Versailles in the 1770's.

Happy Traveling!!

  1. I want to see this movie too! I'm with you...I think I was born a century too late and in the wrong country...although I've never been to France, somehow I feel that I belong there only a 100 years ago!

    Have a fabulous weekend!!

  2. Let us know what you think of the movie if you go see it.

Mmm I think I'd like the 50's too, I'd be a bit scared about 1770's ... I may get beheaded or something.

    Have a great weekend honey,

  3. You're a time traveling gal after my own heart! I would start out in the 40s, pop over (with many a suitcase in hand to bring back a queen's wardrobe worth of clothes) to the 50s, then spin by the Victorian era before zipping over to the regal world of Marie Antoinette :)

Wishing you a beautiful weekend, my dear!

  5. What a cute post :) I'm currently reading the book, since I've heard that the book is almost always better than the movie...but that doesn't mean that I don't want to see the movie :)

  8. the movie look so romantic. I think I would enjoy the 1920's--so much happening then and the clothes...swoon.
